Shipping methods, forms of transport

Principles of shipping goods ordered:

It is carried out in two variants:
1. Polish Post - light products without the possibility of tracking
2. DPD with tracking here:
Shipping costs borne by the purchaser. For purchases above 500 zł shipping costs borne by the seller.

Returns - for 14 days from the receipt of the shipment -
purchased goods are accepted only on condition that they were not used, have the orginal package, they are delivered complete (with accessories attached). The money for the returned goods will be sent to the specified account or address within 7 working days. Reimbursement costs borne by the buyer.
Clothing made to measure non-refundable.
Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transport or considered on the basis of the written complaint protocol in the presence of the deliverer. We cover postage costs resulting from the incorrect execution of the order by our shop. NOTE: Check the contents of the consignment in the presence of the person delivering it! Returns and complaints should be addressed to the address given in the contact store.

Deliveries are made within 1 working day of receipt of the impact of the payment. Goods sent in Polish courier or the Polish Post.
Shipping abroad is carried out through the Polish Post as an economy package or airline.

Fees for packaging are included in the shipping costs. Transport costs are subject to change due to the shipment weight or the amount of goods ordered. We recommend the purchase of several products in one basket in order to avoid duplication of transport costs. We can not group two distinct orders because shipping costs are added to each order separately.

Goods for shipment is properly packed and protected.
The standard package is sealed with tape company with our logo.
Please check on receipt of the consignment, or has not been compromised during transport.
